Rossi expects 5-year wait for US Patent on cold fusion

Andrea Rossi, Italian inventor who claims having built a low energy nuclear fusion device called the E-cat, said that he expects it take upwards of five years for the patent to finally be granted in the United States. He said that his patent attorneys were still in dialogue with the US Patent Office.

Mainstream scientists are still sceptical this can work, the claims are against physics theory of nuclear fusion.
